SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order number within 24 hours of placement
  • Tracking information will be sent via email once your order is shipped

2. SHIPPING CHARGES

3. DELIVERY TIME FRAME

Within India:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (₹199 additional charge)
  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad): 2-3 business days

Delivery Areas:

  • All pin codes across India
  • Remote/hilly areas may take 1-2 additional days

4. SHIPPING METHODS

We ship through trusted courier partners:

  • Flipkart Logistics
  • Delhivery
  • DTDC
  • Blue Dart

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS
  • Track your package in real-time using the tracking ID
  • Customer care available for tracking queries

6. DELIVERY LOCATION

Delivery address must be:

  • Clear and complete (street address, apartment number, landmark)
  • Within serviceable areas
  • Reachable during business hours

7. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns:

  • Return window: 7 days from delivery
  • Reason for return: Damaged, defective, or wrong item
  • Process:
    1. Raise return request in "My Orders"
    2. Free pickup from your address
    3. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after inspection

Exchanges:

  • Available within 7 days of delivery
  • For size mismatch or defective items only
  • New item shipped within 2-3 business days

8. DAMAGED/LOST PACKAGES

If Package is Damaged:

  1. Don't accept the package or open it immediately
  2. Take photos/video of the damage
  3. Contact us within 24 hours with proof
  4. We will arrange a replacement or refund

If Package is Lost:

  • We will file a claim with the courier
  • Replacement or refund within 10 business days
  • File report within 48 hours of expected delivery

9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Currently not available
  • International orders will be refunded within 24 hours
  • Coming soon! Subscribe to our newsletter for updates

10. CANCELLATION POLICY

Before Shipping:

  • Cancel for full refund within 24 hours of order placement
  • Cancel from "My Orders" section

After Shipping:

  • Cannot cancel
  • Proceed with return process instead

11. SPECIAL CASES

Holidays & Weekends:

  • Processing times may extend during national holidays
  • No deliveries on Sundays (except express delivery in metro cities)

Bad Weather:

  • Unforeseen delays may occur due to weather conditions
  • We will update you via email

Undeliverable Addresses:

  • If address is invalid/undeliverable, package returns to us
  • We will contact you for correct address
  • Re-shipment charges: ₹99
